preregistered series

These offerings are labelled on our scheduled and require commitment to specific days, usually consecutively for a number of weeks. These will require a minimum number of students to run and sometimes will also need to be capped at a maximum number of students i.e. Chair Yoga. These classes require you to preregister so we know you plan to attend but you do not need to pay ahead of time- the first day is great. We kindly ask that if you no longer plan to attend and have registered that you either cancel your registration online (you will receive a link in the confirmation email you receive when you register) or send an email so we have an accurate count on students. You can follow the link to our live schedule page a scroll ahead to the start date to register. Note that these classes are not applicable to regular class passes. Unlimited students may register for these series at half price. 

Yoga Nidra is a specific technique that works systematically through the layers of our being to find replenishing rest. This class can be suitable for absolutely everyone and requires no previous Yoga experience. 

This class will blend traditional mat Pilates married to functional movement and strength as well as Yoga principles and breath. All done in our studio space with half of our infrared heaters turned on, for that extra warmth to get the day going!

This series will shed some light on the teachings of Yoga that are sometimes not recognized or addressed in a regular group class setting. We will also look at familiar postures and how to align and adjust to suit the individual. 

A mid-day dose of breath work and movement, sprinkled with meditation. Sometimes carving out a full hour to be on our mats is not realistic. This is the perfect place to start!

Yoga truly is for everyBODY and can encompass so much more then what we generally see published. Chair Yoga is a practice that allows us to ease into the things but also embark on challenge if desire. Great for those that have knee and hip ailments.
