View our live schedule & sign into classes below. Preregistration is not mandatory, with the exception of our early morning, suspension yoga & outdoor sessions (scroll down for policies).
Please also preregister for our special events & workshops. Our online registration system is also helpful during inclement weather & road closures, allowing us to contact you in the unlikely case of a class cancellation.

6am Hot Rise n' Shine Flow (Fridays)
Early AM Yoga Policy:
Weekly class pre-registration is mandatory to ensure enough attendance (5 students minimum required) & enable us to contact you in case of cancellation. In consideration for the 6am yoga instructors, registered clients who no-show will be charged for the session. Visit the live schedule at https://www.mettawave.com/live-schedule- to sign up. Sign up is required by 10pm the night before. If you need to cancel your reservation please do so by 10pm the night before as well so we are aware of accurate numbers. Cancellation after this time will result in a late cancellation fee of $5. We thank you for respecting our time and policies when it comes to student/teacher commitment.
Once registered, you should receive an email confirming your registration. If you need to cancel your reservation please do so in a timely manner using the link provided in the confirmation email you received when registering. This is especially applicable to pre-registered workshops/events/offerings. If you register and do not attend or cancel late (in mosts cases 24 hours before start time) for anything that is a special offering/pre-registered event, unfortunately we still have to charge for the event missed.
