Note that unlimited passes are valid for any regular scheduled class. They are non-refundable, non-transferable and date specific. What does date specific mean? It means that no matter when you purchase it (for example, Jan 12) it will start as of Jan 9 (and end based on whichever option you choose)
Note that any unlimited passholder will be able to participate in our 30 day challenges at no additional fee providing their pass is valid during that time.

How do Regular Instruction + Therapeutic Instruction differ?
Regular Individual Instruction
• for students just looking for a private Yoga class perhaps tailored to their needs and desires
Therapeutic Instruction
• these sessions would be for someone working with something specific and is looking to incorporate Yoga at home as a means to their wellness/healing
• the sessions are 45 minutes long but would usually involve 10-15 minutes of chatting/intake paired to 30 mins or so of individualized Yoga techniques
• within a couple of days of each session the student will receive a rough outline of techniques/sequences via email to work on at home
• these sessions are best done 2 weeks apart or so to give time to implement the concepts and evaluate any changes.
Private Group Instruction (3-10 students):
60 minute session ................................ $95 ($107.35 with HST)
*if more than 10 students or if travel/off site is required than price will be decided accordingly
* Private Pilates instruction also available with Chelsea + Ang
* One year expiry on all class passes.
